Freedom Forum First Amendment Center Nashville, TN The 46,000 square foot expansion is comprised of a story post-tensioned concrete structure with subsurface parking. The residential quality of the neighborhood required a traditional approach as to how the exterior facade would be developed. The facility includes a 120 seat, broadcst capable lecture hall, diversity institute classrooms, library, general office, executive office suites and support functions.

Tennessee Medical Association Nashville, TN The 22,000 square foot facility is comprised of three stories with the third floor reserved for future expansion. The ground level includes a lobby, board room, staff lounge, open offices, print shop and executive offices at the perimeter. The second floor is comprised primarily of open-office areas, perimeter executive offices and file storage. The public lobby is enhanced by a two story atrium with pedestrian bridge that provides a dramatic entrance while minimizing the impact on usable floor area.

American General Nashville, TN This 160,000 square foot facility serves as the Regional Storage and Processing Facility for American General Life Insurance. The entire Records Storage Area is climate controlled. In addition to the 120,000 square feet of Records Storage, the structure includes 20,000 square feet of office space, internal shipping/receiving bays, equipment storage and maintenance shop.

Credit Information Center Nashville, TN The two story 30,000 square foot facility provides a new home for the expanding credit bureau. The structure includes flexible open-office areas as well as executive offices, board room and support functions. The post tensioned concrete structure is clad in brick with limestone accents and standing seam metal roof. The three-story configuration will accommodate covered parking at the basement level.

Northfork Industrial Park Nashville, TN This speculate warehouse/distribution/office development included three structures totaling approximately 175,000.

Union Planters Bank Nashville, TN This Nolensville Road branch was developed as a prototypical plan utilized ;throughout the middle Tennessee area.

J.C. Bradford & Company Nashville, TN The 120,000 square foot, four-story office serves as J.C. Bradford’s headquarters including their Nashville retail operations. Special features include a transitional style that blends J.C. Bradford’s traditional heritage into the high-tech world of flexible office landscape communication systems. In addition, many of the public areas are finished in marble, stained wood and brass accents in an effort to further enhance the traditional Bradford look.
